Track a Case

Follow the chain of custody from pickup to delivery. Just enter the case number — or scan the QR code on the case label.

No patient information, ever. Cases are tracked by case number and QR code only — no patient names, chart numbers, or dates of birth appear in our system.

Your case number is printed on the label next to the QR code. Scanning that QR code with your phone camera opens this page with the number already filled in.

Need a pickup instead?

Scheduling is public too — no account, no PIN. Submitting online puts your pickup directly into the route plan, and you get your case number instantly.
