Standard 10-mile radius included on every plan. Beyond that, it's $1.50 per additional mile.

After-hours pickups (4:30–6:00 pm) are scheduled based on your destination lab's hours, because we don't hold cases overnight. If the lab is closed, the pickup moves to the next business day and no after-hours fee applies.

What types of dental items do you transport?

Do you offer scheduled route services?
Yes. We offer scheduled routes tailored to your office or lab so pickups and deliveries happen at consistent, dependable times.
How do you keep deliveries on time?
We plan optimized routes and use experienced couriers focused on fast, dependable service. Lab turnaround times are set by each lab, not by us. Once a case is ready, we deliver it on the next daily route.
What proof do I get that a case was delivered?
Every pickup and drop-off is recorded with a signature, a photo, and a timestamp, so you have a documented record for your files.
Can you pick up after 4:30 pm?
Yes, until 6:00 pm, depending on whether the receiving lab is open to accept the case. We don't hold cases overnight, so if the lab is closed, we schedule the pickup for the next business day with no after-hours fee.
